Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction with your order is important to us.  To return an item, please contact us via email to make return arrangements within 5 days after delivery.  No returns can be accepted without previous notification via email.  Returns must be received within 10 business days of receiving your order.  Please include your name as it appeared on the order along with the order date. 

Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.  When accepted, a refund for the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee.  A refund will be issued within 5 days after the return is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
